Our Returns and Exchange Policy

Online Purchases

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or a refund, please return the item to us in its original, unworn condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase.

Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty are:
Bespoke pieces (commission work). This includes jewellery you have ordered from our website that has been specially made to your stone requirements and finger specification. See next section “your special order”.

Customised pieces (pieces that have been altered from their original design)

Due to “Health & Safety” laws earrings can only be returned if the goods are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

Very rarely you may find the Item you have purchased is faulty. In this unlikely case please return it to us. If the Product was purchased within the last 30 days we will be pleased to replace it or give you a full refund. In the unlikely event an item becomes faulty outside of the 30 day return policy we may exchange the item or repair where possible (an inspection will be carried out on the faulty item).

In Store Purchases

All designs and jewellery created by Baldwin Jewellery are copyrighted and remains the intellectual property of Baldwin Jewellery to use as they desire.

All sales and service supplied by John Baldwin Tavistock follow the guidelines and rules set out in the Consumer Rights Act, 2015

Your special order

At Baldwin Jewellery our team of highly trained goldsmith’s, use the latest jewellery manufacturing technology alongside tradition jewellery making skills to make your perfect jewel. It is important to us. We care and want you to be part of the making experience. At various stages of manufacture We will contact you, by email to share with you its creation.

On completion you can decide when you would prefer delivery. It will be dispatched royal Mail special delivery and for security reasons on arrival you will need to be there to sign proof of delivery.

Specially for you

There is something very unique when you purchase an item of jewellery from Baldwin Jewellery. It is a special commission and is individually made for you. We are sure that you will understand that because of this we are not in a position to offer a refund or to exchange it.If you have any any queries about this policy please contact us.
