“Dad has always told me that our customers are the most creative people he meets,” says James. Some of the ideas they come to us with are incredible; light bulb moments, flashes of genius and very well thought through. You can tell that it’s something they’ve given a lot of thought to. it’s such a pleasure to then join their ideas with ours and start to bring the concept to life.

I especially love that part of what we do. Mind you, it’s not always like that. In some cases a client will give us more of a wish list, or several ideas from pieces that they’ve seen. That’s just as rewarding for us, especially as we present them with our ideas and recommendations. It’s that magical moment when you can see their eyes light up and the dream comes to life.
